Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Our services are complementary therapies and do not replace conventional medical treatment. Always consult your GP before beginning any new treatment programme, especially if you have:

• Serious medical conditions
• Are pregnant
• Are taking prescription medications
• Have recent injuries or surgeries

Treatment Consent

By booking a treatment, you confirm that:

• All health information provided is accurate and complete
• You understand the nature of the treatment
• You consent to the treatment being performed
• You will inform us of any changes to your health status

Cancellation Policy

• 48 hours notice: Full refund or reschedule
• Less than 48 hours: Full treatment fee charged

Limitation of Liability

Peak Posture's liability is limited to the cost of the treatment provided. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of income or opportunity
• Aggravation of pre-existing conditions not disclosed

Professional Insurance

We maintain professional indemnity insurance through Protectivity

Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.

Age Restrictions

Clients under 18 require parental consent and must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Photography/Testimonials

We may request permission to use anonymised case studies or photographs for professional development. This is entirely voluntary and separate consent will be obtained.

Intellectual Property

All treatment protocols, assessment methods, and educational materials are the intellectual property of Peak Posture and Matt J Maran.
